Delivery time of your order

You will receive a despatch confirmation email after the goods have been despatched. If you registered during the order process, you can see the tracking code in your account after the goods are despatched.

Standard dispatch time: 2-5 working days, depending on the country of delivery (2-3 working days within Germany).
The actual dispatch time is indicated after entering the delivery address in the check-out.

Express dispatch time: 1-2 working days, depending on the country of delivery (Mondays - Fridays)

Shipping costs

Free standard shipping over: € 40.
Free standard delivery for France and Belgium from 69€.

For deliveries to Non-EU countries such as Great Britain, Norway, Switzerland etc., please order in our online shop for non-EU countries!

We charge the following shipping costs for delivery of the goods (as of April 2024):

* From a value of goods of 160€ the dispatch takes place via DHL.


Drop-off authorisation:

Important note: If you allow a parcel service to leave items at the desired location, the risk of loss and theft is transferred to you as the recipient. If the parcel cannot be found at the drop-off location, the purchase price will not be refunded.
